Was almost knocked over twice by one of their drivers who was driving extremely dangerously on London roads. Licence plate number: VO23WWH. I was cycling on a bike and he dangerously overtook at speed on a busy and narrow road, I was already at the edge of the road but because the road was narrow he over took leaving only about a 20cm gap - almost hitting me. I ended up naturally over taking further down the road at a traffic light and attempted to take more space on the narrow road ahead of him to prevent him overtaking dangerously (which is my right under the Highway code where cyclists are able to occupy the full road and are empowered to move over only when its safe for cars to over take) but instead he swerved past anyway nearly knocking me over for the second time. He aggressively honked at me as if I was the one at fault. The highway code advises at least 1.5m to safely over take. This was ultimately futile on his behalf as 1.5 miles down the road I ended up catching up again at a traffic light and took a photo, which illustrates how little gain there is from aggressively driving and endangering cyclists. It takes a few seconds to just wait until the road is wider and its safe, meanwhile this kind of driving but it can potentially cause unnecessary and untold harm. Feels brazen to drive like this in a marked company car.

These company took my £100 and they are not refunding me. I applied for the role of a driver but I changed my mind after reading some reviews about the company. They will sweet talk you to deposit £100 on the first day of appointment in their office, no one told me that the deposit is not refundable.

i was transported from Romford to barts hospital - i was surprised to read negative reviews. both drivers were efficient, kind and extremely helpful, went into hospital to get wheelchair, saw me to the correct dept and safely into my home again. Cannot be more pleased

I was in Newham Hospital and I had to be transported to a department at Whipps Cross Hospital for treatment. It was my first time being a patient at a hospital so I was quite nervous. The transport was very good and the driver was very helpful in getting me to the right department at Whipps Cross.

All in all it was a good experience

Upon joining the company, I was promised a certain level of payment which, unfortunately, did not reflect at all. This has been a stark reality check for me and has left me feeling misled

Furthermore, the working conditions at Oncue Transport have been far from satisfactory. The long working hours coupled with very low pay have made me feel like Oncue transport should be investigated.

What has compounded these issues is the attitude of the staff and management towards addressing these concerns. Any attempt to question the conduct or payment structure has been met with rudeness and dismissiveness

My MuM has been going to West-Mid Hospital for her Dialysis by OnCue Patient Transport for about 2 years now.
The Patient Drivers are nice and polite and caring and try to come on-time to pick-up and drop-off Hospital Patients safely to their homes.

I see their drivers around London SE1, specifically near great Dover street area when I take my daughters to school. They are often aggressive drivers and one of their drivers was extremely rude when I asked him not to drive in the cyclists area at a traffic light. Apart from screaming (yes, literally screaming) and swearing, he then tried to knock me off my bike. Suggest you avoid this awful tin pot outfit with drivers like these. Goodness knows how they treat their customers

Very DISAPPOINTED on my return home!! 3 of us patients travel together ALWAYS! But this evening our regular 3rd patient who lives 10 minutes away from my home was LEFT BEHIND and a female passenger WHO WE NEVER TRAVEL WITH was placed on our journey!! She lives FAR AWAY!! 😡 this is NOT The first time it’s happened!! The book team behind the telephone, nothing but a bunch of selfish idiots! They have no logic! Feeling sorry for my friend who is waiting for such a long time to go home. Get your act together ONCUE You have an attitude and plenty of excuses!!
