Simply superb! We had numerous changes to our moving date & then a last minute confirmation & they handled it all so well. On the moving day all the team worked so well together & were so upbeat & friendly.
Everything was well packed & placed in the correct rooms.

I dont usually write reviews but I can't recommend this company highly enough. I've moved house several times and was dreading moving day. My fears were quickly erased. Nothing was too much trouble and any obstacles (such as removing the front door to allow a large chair in to the house) were dealt with . The team are friendly, efficient and helpful. The pricing is competitive. I would not hesitate to recommend. PS. This is a genuine review!

Honestly I cannot begin to explain how amazing this company were. After completely messing up the calculations of whether the fridge freezer would actually get in the house they worked tirelessly above and beyond to get it into the house and in place whilst maintaining professionalism throughout in horrendous heat and very awkward positions.

After a last minute completion date it was so hard to get a decent removers in Derby. My son lives local to where we were moving to so he sent me this companies link. They went out their way to fit me in and arrived on the dot. Floor protectors were used both ends and all furnishing was well protected. The team went above what was expected to be helpful and they were polite and professional.
We’ve moved a few times over the years but these were by far the best we’ve ever had.

Arranged to quote for a house removal on the1st August for 5th August at 4pm - this was at a date and time they suggested!

I called and left a message and they called me back but seem to have forgotten this fact!

They never turned up or had to courtesy to even call or text to say they couldn’t make it - very unprofessional and rude!

House moves are stressful enough without removal companies letting you down.

Added is a screenshot of the phone call I made to arrange said appointment along with the incoming call from them to arrange the visit- the phone number that is listed both on their Google business account and on their own website in multiple places - the review states fact on an appointment which they never turned up for!

Thiago is my partner so this may be a biased review but credit where credit is due...

We moved from 2 homes into our 1 beautiful home but as Thiago was already fully booked, he treated his customers as a priority as always and ensured that their jobs were completed and then worked with his amazing team every evening to get us moved in.

This workmanship speaks volumes 🙂
