I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the storage facility. The customer.er service has been excellent from the first phone call to the my final invoice. The facility is clean and easily accessible for moving and delivering items. It is very secure. Great service.

Ended up with so many work resources taking up space at home that I got this storage unit. It was easy to book, including being shown round some empty units to help me decide on the size I needed. Easy to complete the paperwork and when I had a problem accessing the unit on the first day, the staff were really helpful and solved the access problem for me quickly - even though it was a Sunday. I'm very happy with the unit, it's easy to access, the storage facilities kept clean. I'm very happy with the facilities and the service. Many thanks.

Excellent, helpful, friendly service. Clean, well lit and well maintained units. Staff do all they can to accommodate your needs. When I emptied my unit, they informed me that I was due a partial refund of the rent I had already paid. I didn't have to ask and they actioned it immediately. Very highly recommended.

Eventually boarded up my loft so I don't need the unit anymore, but during the time I had it, it was always accessible, my stuff was always secure and any interaction with the staff at Offerfair was always polite and efficient. Would recommend 100%!

The facilities are not bad and they’re really helpful until you move out. Then they ghost you and won’t give you back your refund for the rest of the unused time. I’d avoid this place as they’ll promise a refund but ghost you once you move out. Not worth it so many other places around the area that are better. DONT USE!

Really helpful staff. This made my move so much easier as I didn’t have to panic about moving everything on the same day. Unit was very clean and secure.
