Very disappointed with the aftersales service I've received from Octopus Computers.

They fitted some RAM to my computer which, only 18 months later, has been shown to be faulty by another technician. I'd expect a repair like this to last far longer than this. They're now, retrospectively, claiming their warranty period is only 1 year and are refusing to refund me for the defective parts they installed.

I was originally pleased with the service I received so it's really disappointing this has now come to light.

I wouldn't recommend using Octopus Computers for any repairs.

I could not possibly have asked for more of Stephen and Jonathon at Octopus Computers. They were absolutely invaluable to me in my efforts to market my play 'Beyond The Pail' at the Leicester Comedy Festival in February 2016. They advised and guided me expertly and very patiently every step of the way, from designing the website to helping the play build a presence on social media. Stephen and Jonathon spent hours with me over several weeks. There is no doubt in my mind that the play sold out at its Uppingham previews and in Leicester because of the tremendous marketing campaign with which they were so instrumental.
