Ocado, please speak to your HGV drivers!! I've been sitting in stop start traffic for an hour on my way to cross the A10 junction at Carterhatch Lane. Once I was insight of the traffic lights, I witnessed 2 of your HGV drivers pulling on to the yellow grid knowing they could not clear the junction due to the traffic in front of them. This meant the traffic trying to cross the junction to get to the other side of Carterhatch Lane could not move on the green light. I can't believe your drivers were so inconsiderate to other road users. I sincerely hope that you pass the fines on to these drivers for their selfish actions. 😡😡

Ocado. Your driver hit me off my motorbike, the driver drove across my lane to make a turning, dangerously without indicators or remorse for anyone else. Your legal team has the audacity to think it’s acceptable to only pay for the repairs for my vehicle. Your team promised that I would have a replacement vehicle which didn’t happen because of a failed computer system which delayed my claim by a month. I had to get the repairs done myself and pay out of my own pocket, get myself to work and back and your legal team saying there is no legal basis to support paying me for inconvenience. It’s disgusting treatment. Your driver could’ve killed me, I should’ve called the police. This happened in September and I’m at my wits end. I’m furious.

Rude driver blocked my driveway, insulted my mother for wanting to come back up on her own drive, then the driver then reversed back in front of our driveway when there is clear signs saying not to block our drive. Wouldn’t recommend company if that’s their policy. It wasn’t even my shopping that was unloading.

A dreadful company to deal with as a customer. You are forced to fill out their applications and register. Then they refuse to sell you groceries. Don't waste your valuable time.

Thank you for sorting out the problem, even though it’s been almost 9-10 months of me begging for my own money, I can’t believe it took that long for Ocado to pay me back what I was owed, not sure why Ocado or whoever is responsible for payment, allowed such thing to happen this honestly poor from a big company like you guys and I will be leaving a negative review
