2 hours for 1 pallet… if you’re someone that has time to kill then this is the place for you. An awful, awful place to deliver I can’t stress enough. No urgency from any of the staff. The goods in staff are rude and you’re dismissed very quickly if you have any queries regarding a time frame for you to be unloaded. If I could give 0 I would. This goes for most Ocados in truth.

4 pallets, 2:40 hours...they don't feel like working. 4 pallets can be unloaded in 2 minutes...worst company ever...

It’s a bit hit or miss to be fair. You’re either unloaded in a reasonable time or you sit on your bed wondering if they’ve forgotten about you. 🤣

Clueless management and clueless Coordinators in this building. It is unbelievably the worst warehouse ever😀! Toilets stink the Ocado app don’t work the hand scanners all have issues it takes 30 mins to 1 hour to find a working one, how on earth a company wants the works to perform without tools that actually are reliable? There are only 2 or 3 good coordinators the rest are rubbish especially the coordinator on frameload day shift has zero Knowledge on how to treat people he walks around like a solider giving the eye like I’m
Watching. All he does is sit and gossip, the majority gossip anyway here. One of the management asked me to return again and reapply and I said yes off course 😂😂. Do I care about Ocado that even there work schedule app don’t work😂😂
