O'Brien self- storage was very well- organised and efficient right from the initial paperwork being signed through to processing our final refund at the end of almost six months of having half of our furniture and belongings in storage.
We were very impressed by the security at the site and the container was clean and completely watertight.

Very simple, straightforward process. You book a space, and as long as your belongings fit in the space, there's no hassle! No restrictions on what type of storage you use (some services restrict you to boxes) to store your stuff and this was honestly the best part. The staff are super friendly, and everything is transparent so you know everything from day 1. There's 24/7 access to the facility if you need something from your storage space. And the checkout process is super simple. Strongly recommend.

I can't recommend O'Briens highly enough. They explained how the process worked and helped me choose the right size container. Initially i only needed the unit for a few weeks but it ended up being 6 months. Getting in touch with them couldn't have been easier and they were really helpful and accommodating. Access to the site was straight forward and ending my contract was simple too. Perfect.

We needed to move some of our business contents into a new local storage facility so we got in touch with O'Briens who was able to provid a great solution for our business.

We needed somewhere very secure and with ease of access for loading and unloading our kit on and off vehicles and this place ticks all boxes. With its 24/7 security monitoring and state of the art CCTV and security systems I am very impressed with the quality of the facility. Credit to the team for making it how it is.

We moved into one of the office/storage spaces inside the main building and once we started moving some of our kit in we realised that it might be a little small after all. (We underestimated how much stuff we actually have!) We got back in touch with the team who quickly offered some more help. The room next door was free and the partitioning wall could be taken out opening the space to double the size which was perfect! Within a few hours of inquiring the whole process was complete.

I have to give the upmost credit to John and team who have been absolutely outstanding right from our initial inquiry, though to the onboarding process, and through to the moving in and then helping us acquire additional space.

Communication has been excellent from the outset with super friendly staff who make it pleasure to do business with. With nothing ever being a problem and rates and offers for new customs being excellent we at Cram Media are very satisfied.

Thanks for helping us with our needs and making us feel very welcome as we move into a new facility and long may our relationship continue!
