Absolutely brilliant customer service. So efficient and usually only a short queue. A joyful post office experience. And printing is really easy here too sent from your phone. Lovely staff.

The post office can be poorly managed. I waited for someone to come to the post office desk for five minutes, to then have a passing comment by a staff member (I barely even realised she was talking to me) that someone will not be there for another 10 - 20 minutes? There should be a sign to say it’s not available straight away so that people do not waste time waiting, or the other staff should be trained on the post office till. I have experienced this a couple times now.

This is a small local post office within a shop. There is not much room to queue inside but provides a valuable service and alternative to the town centre post office. Parking for several cars. Step at entrance. Freindly service.

Overcharged by Fernando who insisted on charging 3.45 GBP for a small parcel when he should have charged for a large letter. This is blatant fraud
