We contacted Rick at Now We’re Moving just two days before a house move, due to quick turnaround between exchange and completion. On the day, Billy and Matt couldn’t have been more brilliant. Friendly, hard working and all round great service. Delighted we went with them!

We used Now We're Moving for a move at the end of March this year and they were brilliant. The entire contents of our old house was swiftly and expertly loaded within 1 ½ hours of arriving. Unfortunately there was a significant delay getting the keys to our new house, but the guys waited patiently and were brilliant helping us to get everything assembled and put in the right rooms despite the delay. Would definitely recommend.

Removals today Monday 24th march went exceedingly good, arriving in good time with two vans our house emptied very fast minus some bits left for new owners.
Lee came a day earlier to do the packing as we chose the full packing service along with dismantling where needed.
This was a perfect choice for us taking the stress away. They supplied wrapping paper and boxes and tape.

Great service our furniture is now going into storage whilst we finalise things, it’s lovely not having to worry about anything.

They arrived at 8 am and are finished at 11am good solid workers fuelled by tea and biscuits .

We would recommend them to everyone searching help with your move and we would say consider the full packing service it gives you peace of mind. Thanks guys you were Brilliant see you in a couple of months for the final move.

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Quote was done pretty much the same day that I made inquiries. The guy who came to my house to quote was very professional and courteous. There were various standards of service available to suit all needs. On the day of move the two guys turned up with 2 vans. They were also very courteous, efficient, sociable and really really hard working. They did not stop or slow down and ensured I was kept informed as to where things were being put. They made the move for me so much easier. Especially as I had a full knee replacement a couple of months ago and am still in pain. Can't thank them enough.

Our first ever move so had some nerves about access but they were brilliant. Moving from a house with difficult access and a long awkward tiered garden they moved everything without damage. As smaller vehicles/vans were provided due to access this wasnt an issue for them. They arrived ontime and had everything put in the new place where i asked. Booked this company last minute as a result of an unexpectedly sudden exchange. Rob was really easy to communicate with and his team got us packed in no time. On the day of the removal, the team were efficient, accommodating and worth their weight in gold. Saved us so much stress!

We had originally booked Now We’re Moving for our home move, paying a deposit in good faith. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in our housing chain, the moving date had to shift. Despite giving them notice and asking to reschedule, the company told us they were unable to accommodate the new date — and then refused to return our deposit.

We received no service from them whatsoever, yet were left out of pocket. I understand that businesses have policies, but there was absolutely no flexibility, no empathy, and no attempt at a compromise. Avoid if your moving plans aren’t set in stone — they’ll happily take your money and give nothing in return.
