Had a card through door to pay additional postage, had expires date I didn't know this. Let me pay knowing I wouldn't receive goods. Money before customer service Everytime.

Edit . I left the review as I paid in your branch and your staff took my money knowing I wouldn't receive the food your now blaming someone else for. Shame on you.

Pretty hopeless. Went there for an international driving license that the Pistons office web site said they supply….apparently they stopped 30th March. Worse they could not provide any assistance on what the new process is. They did not seem to be very helpful and the shop itself seemed cluttered and chaotic

Very friendly staff. Helpful information provided when I needed to change my address, redirection of post sorted out for me, and they took my photo for my driving licence the photos were only £5.99. Thank you will definitely use this post office again.

Arrived just after 14:30 on a Saturday to drop a very important parcel off. Despite the Post Office website and a sign in the window stating it was open until 15:00 it was shut. Very frustrated that I then had to wait until Monday to post it.

Just average. Sometimes long, long queues in a not very inspiring environment. Staff can be quite curt on occasion. Also sell cards, drinks etc etc

Always busy and 1 staff. Saturday closed at 2PM. If i send a free return post, I noticed that they put a heavy weight 7kg for a small 1kg parcel. This is interesting!
