Amazon, DPD and even Evri don't have any issues delivering to my apartment. Northwich Royal Mail on the other hand...little red card!
It's happend 3 times in the last two months.
The opening hours at the delivery office are a joke (a window of only 2 hours!), meaning I am unable to collect myself due to being at work.

I previously lived in Altrincham and had no issues with Royal Mail there, and their office was a lot more accessible. I now try and avoid using Royal Mail, as they are so unreliable.
At least the other delivery services actually deliver the items to my door and without any issues!

It's a shame as the staff seem friendly, but the people of Northwich are being given a below average service compared to other areas.

Have wasted 2 days waiting for a postman to collect a parcel from my address, postman has been on the estate but failed to collect the parcel. Parcel is an item to go back to Amazon for a refund of over £100 as the seller sent me the wrong item and if it's not back in time I will lose my money. Spent 40 minutes on hold to be told they would phone the office (which closed 7hrs earlier) to ask them to collect it. I already have enough difficulties with post, in that I only get a large batch of very backdated post once every 2-3 weeks while other neighbours receive theirs regularly, so there must be some kind of marker against my address which is extremely bizarre as I've never had any issues with the post office prior to moving here and finding the service wholly inadequate!

Didn't put a card through door,didn't delivery item walked off across garden did mark as delivered for me but not courier. I was in as well but failed to ring bell or knock on door. Item lost. Then blamed previous courier outside UK. Avoid.

Inexplicably delivered my parcel to a property a quarter of a mile from mine, which I would be okay with if I lived out in the countryside.
I live on a main road…
