Closed before 5.30, even though supposed to be open until then...
Edit: Yes, I went to the main entrance of the Post Office across the street from Roy's to drop off pre-paid small parcels at 5.25pm on Fri 17 Nov, tried the door and the door was locked but lights on inside. I then walked around to Packages Collection entrance and that was expectedly closed too. I then walked back to the windows on the side of the building facing the old Town Council offices and I could clearly see the clock on the wall behind the main counter, which said 5.27pm.
If the Post Office closes before 5.30pm (5pm?), just put the correct hours on the website please. Otherwise, don't shut early. Wasted journey.

Rude and unhelpful staff, unwilling to help or untrained? I'm not sure. Post office itself is open expected hours but collection point is open 8 - 10 weekdays, no good to anyone who works and/or has school aged kids, staff seem incapable of walking any further than a couple of meters away from their desk or picking up anything heavier than a cup of tea. Similar post from months back had the same issue and was kindly reminded of the post office opening hours. To clarify there is no issue with opening hours, it's the rude unhelpful staff and needless additional steps that have to be taken out to perform the simplest of tasks. Go 25 minutes down the road to Aylsham and avoid this one.

Absolutely useless. Have had my parcel for nearly two weeks now and their collection point is only open between 8AM and 10AM....
How is anybody that works for a living - which is most people - expected to collect their parcels?
The contents of the parcel is medical equipment for my pet which are desperately needed however I can't just take time off in the day to go collect.
The people on the post office desk that work normal hours are totally uwilling to help and downright borderline rude when I asked if they could just pop round to collect my parcel!
Looking at having to re-order the supplies I desperately need and try and get them posted out to me to a collection point that actually works hours that can be used by the population that have to work every day.
Honestly can't describe how utterly infuriating and unhelpful this post office is, especially as I have a sick pet that needs medical equipment!

Edit: No idea. I mistakenly went to the royal mail delivery office next door, which was closed.
