Got a to text to Day by Parcelforce saying they attempted to deliver my parcel but I wasn't in so track parcel say they will leave a card in my door to say where the parcel is no card was left in my door so I just went to the main post office they haven't got my parcel not even on the computer Parcelforce a worse than Hermes you have to buzz to get into this building as she didn't leave a card I don't think she got into the building otherwise why wasn't there a card put through my letterbox thanks Vicky that was a delivery driver just went on parcelforce.com and track the number after going to two post offices and they updated their information at 17:01 p.m. item at depot redelivery tomorrow what is the point if I'm not going to be in I'll be at work why can't they leave it with one of my neighbours after they get in through a buzz door joke

Paid to have parcel(s) delivered on Saturday 6th July but driver never turned up. In the house all day and door bell camera recorded no one at the door. Parcels were a surprise birthday present for my grandson. Very very disappointed and highly annoyed. Automated telephone service absolutely rubbish. Thank you Parcelforce for ruining my day

Lack of customer service over the phone is frustraiting. But gentelmans on the desk helping out with my query (12:10 7/5/24)went above and beyond and they deserve 5/5 for their customer skills and service. Lovely blokes!

Every time I have a parcel to be delivered I wait in for it only to be told they "attempted to deliver the parcel" - they didnt, I was in, I have to request it to be left at the depot (North Essex Depot, the lady on reception is INCREDIBLY HELPFUL and has actually re-delivered a parcel personally before now - she now knows me - that is how many times I have had to go and collect my parcels. this latest time, again I was in, waited, was told they tried to deliver but nothing not even a card with a reference number
