Contacted NESS and was impressed with information and pricing given by Laurence, a subsequent meeting to go through the security procedure, again by Laurence totally assured us we had picked the right storage facility. Nothing was too much trouble to the extent we are also going to use their caravan storage facility as well. Thank you

Great experience, no hassle on takeover of the container as a returning customer. Security on site is very good, easy entry and exit which was all clarified on takeover.

The owner Laurence is an incredibly rude and ignorant individual. He doesn't understand the basics of customer service and how to deal with people. Rude, abrupt and aggressive.

Entry and exit is To SLOW
Waiting around for 3 x4 minutes or more for opening and closing
Got through gate waiting for it closing then have wait till it closing again this takes time there’s 6 minutes there
This is why you have cctv
If you out on to road you off their land once again CCTV comes in operation
To much time wasted

I found if somebody comes before you have to wait till the gate close after them before entering 6 minutes gone
Need better management and needs the gate to go quicker
Time is money for business
7 am to 7pm to no good for business you also have the risk of getting locked in and pay a 70 call out fee if locked in side compound
Also risk of getting chuck off site to
Silly rules
Site which doesn’t allow motor bikes in storage containers
Hopefully you change it 24 hrs definitely get more business coming in
And you do have Cctv
We paying for that so use it
