Highly recommend this company for removals. Noah and Jordan were fantastic throughout and made moving our 3 bed house from Liverpool to Belfast look easy. They took great care of all of our belongings and everything was done on time or ahead.

Noah’s reassuring communication in the run up to the move meant our removal was one of the few things in safe hands when it came to moving house and all of the stress that comes with it.

Noah and team moved us from Schleswig Holstein in Germany to Yorkshire England. From his initial offer he was professional, prompt with communication, and filled me with confidence. We received many offers for the move, but are so pleased we went with Noah, as he is a genuine removal company, now just a man with a van. I recently used this company again after using them one year ago. Both times to move items from the north east of England to near Lyon France.

Both times they were very responsive to messages. Both times i felt our belongings where well looked after and items were well protected and there were no damages. Noah and the other men were very professional yet friendly. I was very impressed how Noah managed to pack the items (we had a lot of belongings). The first time we also had belongings coming from two different locations. The second time we weren’t there at the collection location to meet them but nothing was a problem.

The first time I used them we had a family funeral on the day planned and asked Noah to change the date this was well received they came earlier than originally planned.

I felt the service was good value for money pre and post Brexit. Not much in the way of extra hassle for myself as the the customer but I can imagine it’s been difficult for this company and others adapting to the new regulations.

I would say avoid booking your move through this company at all costs.

It started off well, the guy was really responsive and pleasant to deal with. Until it seemed he didn’t have the right customs document to get to The Netherlands. He acted like this was new but in fact other removal companies had told me about these new forms that need to be completed. This resulted in my items being delivered at 5am on Monday morning, nearly three days late. Bearing in mind Noah had not had much rest food or drink he was offered what we had in our home at the time to ensure he was hydrated and fed. At this point he kindly offered me €100 to help unload which I didn’t accept as I quite liked this guy at this point.

Just before we finished unloading the van, Noah came back and said my glass table had broken after he had dropped it off in the basement. I went to look and this sturdy glass table had apparently shattered by itself? As it had been a gift and accidents happen, I also didn’t accept money for a replacement. I now wish that I had considering he probably broke it on purpose as apparently offering someone toast or a banana is deemed racist? He sent this after I asked if he knew where my tv cables might be as they packed a few of my items and I simply want to find it and use my tv.

I have friends of all different races and backgrounds so this to me is the most offensive email I have ever received.

Avoid using this person as he will most likely misinterpret any gesture of kindness. Not to mention he also damaged my sofa and bed. The lad who helped pack my stuff was very pleasant and polite.

This is my first time ever writing a review but I felt like I had to warn potential future customers.
