First class service from Nightingales. They were employed to move my Mum.
From the ladies and Gent in the office, to the removal men on the day, we were given the most friendly, professional service. The two removal men on the day were so helpful, they helped eased what is normally a very stressful day.
We would highly recommend them.

From the time the young man came to give me a quote the care was excellent From the office staff to the 2 young men who actually moved me. I think their names were Tony and Kevin. Even though the weather was atrocious they made me feel so relaxed and free from stress and anxiety.

I would recommend Nightingales without hesitation to anyone moving. They were competitive on price and when it came to the actual move, the team who actually moved us were excellent.

They were:
- Punctual
- Good at packing our possessions (no breakages or damage)
- Polite and helpful
- Good at unassembling/reassembling furniture
- Hardworking

They also:
- Caused no damage to either the house we left or moved to when moving furniture and boxes
- Gave advice on where things would best fit and changed things round if required

The team that moved us were Russ, Aaron, Misha, Andy and Craig. They were all first rate and 'went the extra mile'. The whole operation was slick and well executed.

Our completion was hugely delayed and our team of movers (led by Kev) worked so hard after hours to unload the van and ensure that we and our very young children had beds to sleep in that night. The team absolutely did not have to work after their hours to do this but they truly went above and beyond for us. We are incredibly grateful for their hard work and kindness.

Fantastic company, cannot praise them enough, from start to finish the service was superb. The office staff are friendly but professional and always happy to help. They truly understand how stressful moving can be and go out of their way to help make it as painless as possible. The crew were very obviously experienced and worked like Trojans consistently, also a foreman was appointed to our move who kept us informed and was on hand to answer and alleviate any of concerns. Best of all was the after service a lovely surprise when we received flowers and a card welcoming us to our new home. Definitely a well deserved five stars.

I really cannot fault the service Nightingale Removals provided. Moving house is always stressful but we felt that we were in good hands throughout the whole process. They were punctual, friendly and professional but also flexible and good-tempered enough to put up with our anxieties and concerns . Everything was diligently wrapped and labelled and I look forward to the day when they return to collect what, hopefully, will be all the empty boxes!

I note from their response that this business claims no knowledge of me. I also note the false insinuation that I did not use them and that my experience is false. This company and their employees cost me a great deal of money and much stress. Their employees were dismissive, abusive and gave false information as to international removals. I paid for insurance. I was refused a claim form, in respect of pre-shipping damage, and told I had no insurance; despite having paid monthly insurance premiums, and insurance premium tax, for removals and storage for nearly 5 years; and having monthly receipts. My review has been mentioned by them in correspondence and they have threatened me with defamation proceedings 7 times, including the company’s post here, via my personal email address and telephone number. I am, therefore, astonished that they have no record of me. They claim to be members of Which. I contacted Which. This is not true. It is impossible to complain to Trading Standards because Nightingales are covered by being members of The British Association Of Removals. Nightingales do not adhere to the BAR code of conduct. They do not use the BAR review system. Reviews here and on Trust Pilot, use many of their own staff, Nightingales own companies, their vehicle number plates and even the Owner himself. I have since learned that this Bristol office does not exist, nor does their Cheltenham, Reading, or Bath offices. Others, in their reviews, seem to have had the same experiences. Documentation available to prove that their services were used and paid for via the Weston office which is their only depot.
The worst experience ever of a removal company. I have moved more than 6 times. Never had problems before. From my experience, I consider them Incompetent, negligent, and abusive.

Nightingale Removals were superb, highly professional & helpful from start to finish. Accommodated us so well when exchange of contracts only took place the day before they were due to start. They were only very slightly more expensive than other quotes we had, but you get what you pay for & it was well worth it. The three guys who carried out the removals were excellent, friendly, professional & polite. Would highly recommend them & would definitely use them again.
