Really poorly managed site, been to other ones, this one is the most baddest from all. It's really dirty, stations has clean as go signs but they are dirty as hell. On the picture it was just cleaned...

My experience in this place vas horrible from the poor management to a really bad condition to work(dusty, corrupt manager's, running for work, devices with a lot of problems....). I had a temporary contract and they use me everywhere and after they challenged me for poor performance. They end my contract early and when I spoke to HR they answered after 4 weeks telling me that manager took a good decision. I will never recommend that place in my life! One star is to much for this place! They use people when is busy and after they found eny stupid reasons to take you out.

What a grand experience took a box in didn't have a clue what I was doing ,this chap in the tug with a Norwich accent helped out instructed me what to do whilst he finished his cigarettes. Top job, think he goes by name Norfolk John ,a credit to the company

Disorganised lazy staff slow it takes an eternity to get dealt with and the powers that be need to realise how unefficient this place is and could be more cost efficient as a result stand up and take note open your eyes get out of your chairs and take steps to rectify your shortfalls this making next a better place to visit and work goods in and out imports and exports are a joke

I visited this place as part of a school field trip and I can only say that the whole experience was phenomenal. Our students were given a variety of experiences, including an impressive warehouse tour. They were given personal attention, food and drink vouchers and a £10 voucher to spend in the staff shop. We were all treated like VIPs by NEXT staff, who clearly loved their work and were proud to represent NEXT.
