I cannot overstate the support given to me by New Leaf Distribution. There is a huge amount of training resource, including some provided by Paul Archer.

The oversight has an emphasis on training and I would describe it as fair and pragmatic... which appears to be a unique feature of a network.

There are several paths you can take after joining. For me, I have set up a new AR with the full support and guidance of the Network, including ample facetime with Mark Hobbs. With s many permission areas available, you can diversify your business far more than other networks offer.

It was very clear from the start that New Leaf was the place for me and I am excited for what is to come.

I joined the New Leaf network over 4 years ago when I decided to change career and retrain in financial services. The in-house training at New Leaf is fantastic and all the staff are very supportive, more like a family. I looked at a lot of networks before joining New Leaf. Many of the others focused on training advisers to get to grips with their software and how to submit business. New Leaf is different. There are weekly online training sessions for technical knowledge and the sharing of skills and ideas from other advisers in the network. The proposition is really comprehensive.There is a real family feel to the business and it's advisers. Mark Hobbs the founder is very impressive and a great motivator. John Band the head trainer has excellent technical knowledge and is a great trainer. He got me through DipFA first time I sat the exams. Joining was definitely the right decision for me.
