NEPS provide an excellent service and no job is too big or too small for them. We’ve recently needed parts collected from suppliers hundreds of miles away and NEPS picked them up in no time at all and delivered the same day saving us a huge headache and added cost of doing it ourselves. Ignored clear delivery instructions and therefore took a week's worth of perishable food back to the depot to spoil. This is after weeks of delivering food parcels damaged and usually on the wrong side (ignoring the obvious "this side up" signs on the boxes). Vendors have had to issue several refunds due to damaged and undelivered products. Picture included of a "successful" delivery.

I can't fault these guys whatsoever! Not only were they cost effective, they were so incredibly efficient and have such a friendly approach to doing business. I've been let down SO many times before by other firms so it's really refreshing to now have the experience I do with NEPS. I wouldn't even consider using another logistics company.

I have used NEPS for several very short notice jobs in assistance of the Dogger Bank Wind-farm vessel fleet.
We have needed vessel spares moving with next to no notice, including weekend evenings and nothing has been too much trouble, fantastic service.
