All I can advise to any future potential customers is do NOT take anything discussed verbally as guaranteed. Do NOT mess around booking a unit, do it straight away otherwise you’ll be left high and dry!
The proprietor appears to have no flexibility for people who work outside of the limited hours he is on site, so we made arrangements by phone and an appointment booked for me to view a unit and sign paperwork at a later date when I had time off work and was able to attend the site. Entire call was heard by a third party and at no time was anything mentioned about units possibly being rented out to others before my scheduled appointment..
Lo and behold the day before said appointment, I get a WhatsApp message stating no units left. I assume it’s a mistake and call proprietor who goes on to deny any such arrangements were made and there are no units left even though I had previously mentioned that we were clearing out our current unit and now had nowhere to put our belongings. Had I known this was an option, I certainly wouldn’t have waited around under the now misplaced assumption that renting the unit was a done deal and I would have looked elsewhere.
To be honest, I would have had more respect for Laurence if he had just admitted he’d made a mistake and forgot to note the appointment details or he had no intentions of holding the unit but to lie about it just leaves a rather nasty aftertaste.. learned a lesson though and I found another company cheaper elsewhere so thanks for that!

So far 5 stars. Easy to understand website and payments are black and white with no hidden costs like some competitors. I wasn't to sure on the size I would need, one quick phone call and same day viewing of an empty container. All round great service and I even had a call from Lawrence to arrange a suitable date/time to pick the fob and keys up! Would recommend.

Shockingly poor customer service. The owner became extremely rude when confronted about his attitude and they way he seems to think he can talk to people.

Gate is very slow when opening and closing
Down side is to have to wait for gate to shut before you let any body else in then when you coming out you you have to wait till the gate closes behind you
