Absolutely terrible! Placed an order last week which was supposed to be collected last Friday, chased them Monday as not collected, was told Monday it would be collected, Tuesday come, still not collected, was informed that they had run out of time and that it would be booked in for Tuesday, still not collected Tuesday and the worse thing is that they don’t have a contact number!
Have emailed requesting a refund as I have had to pay elsewhere now!

Avoid at all costs... Took a week and a half to deliver my pallet (paid for next day delivery) also charged me an extra 30 pound to redeliver, even though they never attempted to deliver. Even emailed me saying it was their issue that it wasn't delivered. Multiple emails, live chats and false promises. Just completely avoid.

I ordered a pallet shipment (engine and gearbox, 500 kg) from them, but they sent a small van that couldn’t handle such a heavy pallet. Then they told me I had to pay an extra £36 because they needed to send someone again to pick up the pallet. When I refused, they stopped responding to me

Pathetic company. Paid for a pallet to be collected from the garage I use. This garage has had hundreds, if not thousands of collections/deliveries over the years. Booked with these for a specific day, no collection. No phone number to call so had to live chat. Apparently, they couldn’t collect as the “garage is on a hill and not level ground”

The road leading to garage is on a slight incline. Wanted to charge me £36 fee to rearrange collection of which they wanted me to move it from the garage to somewhere else. Cancelled it with them.

1 star is too much for this shower of excrement

The worst company I've dealt with. Poor service and poorer customer claim management. Package was sent in perfect condition, arrived in awful condition, asked only for a compensation of what's broken and they delayed the claim for over 2 months until they found a technicallity they could use not to pay. Really?

By the way... they signed the delivery paper on my behalf, as I did not sign, and they reported "clean delivery". Wow... I am speechless.

My piece of advise, do not use! I share a few pics for awareness.

Avoid at all cost.. They collected a £10K engine from my business, e mailed the next day to say it had fell over at the depot would I like it delivered or returned. I asked for it to be returned. The engine sustained over £4500 of damage. we had to refund the customer & pay to have the engine repaired out our own pocket. IT was surrounded by a metal frame so it never just fell over as you can see in the pictures. I think a truck ran over it. After 2 weeks and a lot of stress it was finally returned as they said they had lost it, then found it again . Weeks and weeks after sending many documents to them with prices, weights etc I was offered £220 compensation. The customer service is apauling do yourself a favour and use a different company. This ones a Joke.

Company it's joke.
Paid for collection they didn't collect and didn't call there is any issue. Had to pay for reschedule. They didn't collect again without any notification. I missed collection slot twice because of them.
All what they can say is sorry for inconvenience, but no one will pay for my lost money, time and mental health. Looking for another service now.
