Got a sharing platter w the Fanta orange flavour. The chicken was bomb and the sides were nice. I could do with just a bit less chicken and a bit more sides but that's just me. The wait was a bit long (about 25 min) but they comp-ed us a free Mac and cheese and were also just really nice about everything.

I had visited on Tuesday with friends and I cannot describe the excellent service enough; the food was prepared quickly and the service was very friendly. Especially from Bernardo who was very attentive and helped us take a group photo with our camera. Thank you for making my friends birthday even more memorable with your 5 star service.

As I walked through the door, I bright friendly smile greeted us! It was Maya(Maja), she was very helpful and friendly. I have tried to leave her review through the Nandos app but it didn't prompt. I ordered multiple times so I could leave a review to let the store know how amazing she was!! Please let Maya know she has made our day.

The worst experience ever. Our first time in the chain and probably the last experience.We were there to celebrate our anniversary. Instead of a happy day it just turned out to be the worst. We ordered the boneless platter which as per description should be enough for two. The portion was pathetic. The meat was uncooked. When raised this concern with the manager she said the meat may be uncooked to us but it is cooked as they use industrial oven and as per them when they measured the temperature it was same as of a cooked meat. I thought she was just out of mind. The only thing that was good there was the lady who was waiting our table Juliana. She was just amazing. Nando’s was the worst decision ever to celebrate our anniversary. The manager didn’t even felt the need to apologise. I wish Juliana was the manager।
