This service has been Excellent to date! I use it for my Amazon business because I'm based in Northern Ireland. Amazon need a Mainland UK address if I want products returned. MyUKMailbox has been awesome. Easy to use, Very Fast getting my products packed, great updates and reasonable pricing. I’m super impressed and I hope they continue providing such an efficient service. A++

Very bad experience probably the worst I ever had with a shipping company, When I saw the prices the ship an £75 package to the us I decided to return it and they’re charging me £30 just to return it to the sender and that’s crazy, they’re customer service is poor as well. I’m thinking of just leaving my package there with them cause it’s absurd. I blame myself too because I was to use MyUs initially but accidentally used them, wish I could reverse time. Basically I wasted my money

After having read some reviews, I was a bit worried about using the service but I went ahead anyway. I was actually really pleased with it in the end. They were very quick to answer any questions and to organise a consolidation of my parcels. Yes, shipping is a bit expensive (as others have commented) but it’s not really their fee, that’s the fee of DHL (or whichever other company they use). They made available to me items that were not otherwise available so I am very happy with the service!

Late but omg wonderful and seamless experience with this company. I couldn't ship internationally from vinteduk to the us and I just bought them for one month to ship ten shirts I wanted and they were packaged compactly and safely delivered! So simple to manage my received orders through their interface. Would highly recommend if you're in that bind of being on a site without international shipping options!

Great service! Had a situation in which Fedex because some customs isaue, returned the parcel to the my uk mailbox warehouse. Jon helped me out very well and sent the parcel again at no cost with another courier. I will be using their services again in the future!

First of all, the quality of their service has been consistent - most recently I used them in Jan 2024 and the last time I used them was Jan 2020. They have been very responsive with all questions and concerns I have (Mr. Jon Ball is excellent). There is a small fee involved to consolidate if you have multiple packages but personally it is well worth it for the savings I am able to make by shopping the items I want from the UK as opposed in the US, even factoring the additional costs to forward the items back to the US.

Super easy service from MyUKMailbox. I got the alert that they received my package even before my shipping company let me know it was delivered. No surprise fees, and the shipping cost was very much inline with other items that we've had shipped internationally. A great service to use
