Throughout the house sale process, Nick kept us well-informed and provided much-needed reassurance during the delays. Their packing was great—everything arrived intact, without a single breakage—and they were friendly and respectful while in our home. On delivery day, they faced a few challenges, but their quick thinking and initiative ensured all our belongings were unloaded. They made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving. Absolutely worth the money, and I would highly recommend them!

We recently moved house and used the My Moving Company Team to help pack and move us to our new home. From the start the service was fantastic, with a pre visit to size and quote the move, and all subsequent communication and planning made very clear. For both the packing and removal days the team were great, arriving promptly and working at pace all day to ensure that we were in our new place as quickly and easily as we could. Nothing was a problem for them and they took great care of our property right the way through.. I was very impressed with the service and they made sure the moving experience for me and my family was as stress free as could be, and I would definitely recommend anyone to use them in future. The team did a fantastic job and could not recommend enough. They were the only company I got quotes from who sent a person beforehand as part of the quote so I felt comfortable knowing that they generally understood the volume of belongings requiring to be removed. The team was accommodating with the uncertainty of completion dates which was very much appreciated. The team dropped round in advance all the packing equipment and were happy to answer all my questions on the run up to moving. On the day, the team were super efficient and helpful and took away a lot of the stress of moving. I was so impressed with the speed they were able to put everything back together in the new house. Had a really good experience with My Moving Company, working with a fairly short notice booking after house move went to exchange/completion earlier than we were expecting. Nick was really helpful in arranging the short notice move and calming my somewhat frayed nerve as we confirmed the booking.

On the day Rhys and Anthony were absolutely superb: very polite and professional, and effortless humped all our stuff down two flights of stairs from a top floor flat, with proper care and protection given to fragile/damageable items. And then for unloading at the other end, they were really considerate making sure to not scuff the paintwork when carrying a large mattress up an award staircase with two right-angle turns.

Couldn't be happier with the overall service, would definitely use them again myself and have no hesitation recommending to friends and family.

So glad we found this company! They did an amazing job of packing up my mum’s things before her move in a matter of hours. It would have taken us weeks! Then on moving day, they were so efficient and helpfully put the well-labelled boxes in the relevant rooms. They were calm and friendly throughout. A great service!
