The shop itself was good, but we shall never trust this brand again. Horrible products. Bought a t-shirt, it's seam unravelled the next day. Waste of money, but it can't kill me.

Bought a hiking shoe, and how absurdly designed it's shoelace hooks are!! My daughter has fallen repeatedly as the shoelace of one shoe catches on the hook of the other shoe. Its a shame that this product is not banned for safety reasons!!

(I know "hooking" happens with other brands too, but with this shoe it is extremely prone to it because even after the shoelace has gone into the metal hook, there is a hooky bit of the metal left sticking over!!)

Came totally unprepared for Ben… The Fiona’s and Cheryl sorted us out!! Friendly, great customer service. Flexible when my wife did not want everything purchased. Good selection of products, well priced. If you need anything for the climb, visit the team here for exceptional service!

Womens sizes only go down the a 8UK which is like a 4US so if you're small don't bother. Has good options though, love these stores in the US. Prices are higher here in the UK than us though so watch out if you're a tourist. Just buy online back home in the US.

Very friendly staff and good prices (although we did manage to find the one item with two different prices on it). The staff are helpful and around if you need them, but don't harass like some shops. Would recommend.
