A great experience for me, no problems at all. On entry to the site you MUST have your booking reference for the touch screen at the security barrier or you won’t get in. That’s the first and most important piece of information. Plenty of parking locally if you want to run in with lay-bys next to KFC, Maccy D’s and multiple fuel sites for pretty much every fuel card. Loads of activity so felt fairly safe with the parking areas.

My load was a frozen load and the goods in office for frozen deliveries is next to Bay 201. They are open at 0600hrs and close at 1300hrs. No frozen deliveries accepted after this time. Once through the barrier just follow your nose past all the other loading areas until you see the frozen bays in front of you. Park by the fence and book in. They will tip you early so long as you have the right day. You can’t go in a day early. Booking in staff were very pleasant and helpful and offered a bay 6hrs ahead of schedule - straight on and unloading started immediately - very efficient.

There’s a covered smoking area with picnic table and comfy chairs to relax while they do their thing. Paperwork was quick too, so all in all - well done Morrisons!!

Feedback: a suggestion to help new visitors; the direction signs to the frozen area are beginning to become overgrown by shrubbery and trees - perhaps a little tidy up here to prevent drivers ending up back at the exit? Certainly no complaint just a preventative observation that may assist in maintaining an excellent system.
