Avoid this storage facility at all costs! I was completely misled by the team at More Storage Bristol, particularly Paul and the manager. They claim to offer a “Lowest Price Guarantee” and promise to beat any like-for-like storage price in Bristol, but this is a complete lie.

After being assured that they would match a competitor’s price, I wasted my time viewing their facility and discussing terms, only for them to change their minds later and refuse to honor their own price promise. This is nothing more than a bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in, only to reveal hidden costs and higher prices once you’re committed.

If they can’t stick to their own advertised promises, how can you trust them with your belongings? Their pricing is not competitive, and their customer service is dishonest and unreliable. Don’t fall for their misleading marketing—take your business elsewhere and save yourself the frustration!
