Left my delivery on a public pathway and hanging over my neighbours driveway. As soon as I opened the door they were telling me what they couldn’t do instead of sorting a solution together.

Done 2 weeks on nights for these new pass driver and everyone is helpful and nice. If you're new pass probably one of the best places to go thay will help you reverse in to bays couple and uncouple (in real life)👍

Seems to get some reasonable reviews as an employer. Absolutely shocking, disgraceful customer service. Management and drivers are rude, obnoxious and arrogant and have evidence of several occasions where there wagons have caused damaged to other vehicles which they have denied and refused to provide cctv from their own wagons.

Mark appeared with the pallets bang on time and was extremely courteous. One of the pallets hadn't been packed properly and had tipped over but Mark helped me to hand-ball it off the wagon and delivered the other pallet up a muddy incline to exactly where I wanted it. Absolutely fantastic service, couldn't fault it. Superb! Thanks Mark!

Our house is an unmitigated pig to deliver to - even transit vans struggle. So making sure we can intercept deliveries is vital. Montgomery were brilliant. The firm coordinating this delivery had no clue, hadn't got the intercept instructions and didn't care, but gave me a number that turned out to be Montgomery in NI. Very helpful there as far as they could be. That led me to Preston who couldn't help enough - understood the problem and contacted the driver. Excellent driver rang me in good time so met up without a hitch. Wish all companies were this good and switched on. Many thanks.

Been using now since last October having multiple loads a week dropped off ,highly rate this company. fast ,efficient and drivers always pleasant. Always get a portal link or phone call book in with an eta of delivery.

Montgomery Transport were the delivery agent for 2 pallets of logs. They rang on Tuesday, checking that I would be available on Wednesday for delivery.
The driver contacted me when he was 30 minutes away and again when he left the drop before mine.
The driver used a trolley to drag the very heavy pallets to my rear garden. It wasn't easy as the ground is uneven.
I was very pleased with the level of service I received.
