They don’t deserve one star as they misled us to believe our things would be dispatched before we left the UK, two months on we are still waiting our things should be with us by now for sure, each time we called the reply was either following week or the next day. In the end we called Andrews Shipping to serve us a good service instead. Absolute disaster also we have had to re-buy items we already have, due to the bad service Modial practice. Would never recommend this company!

The worst delivery company. I had my stuff delivered from Corfu, Greece to Aberdeen, UK and there was a PC inside the boxes that completely destroyed through the delivery. We asked for refund and the company is avoiding us and says that they are still processing our case. This is completely unprofessional and I write this critic here so everyone is aware. Not even 0 star to these people honestly. I am utterly disappointed from the services that they say they provide

Wow.... terrible company. Called them to get a quote on shipping everything in my 3 bedroom house to Cyprus. I was told that they want a list of everything in my house including all dimensions i said can someone come and take a look as ive need everything in my house sent over... she said no and hang up on me. Ive heard and seen bad reviews about this lot.... they were all right. Keep away!!

We are very disappointed with this company!! We used them to bring our stuff from Greece to U.K. (Furnitures, white goods e.t.c.) and they destroyed most of our stuff and they even lost a parcel. When I tried to communicate with them they told me that I had already signed the receiving sheet and they had none responsibility. But they didn't give me the time to check my belongings before signed it!!!
I will never use them again!! I suggest to stay away from them!!!
