Like others have said in their reviews, the staff are rude in particular the older lady who always seems put out by doing her job and huffing at me. I use this post office a lot but now I'm boycotting as much as possible and using my local Evri service at Abbey Stores where the people are much nicer and helpful!

They charge 7.35 for tracking letter to get tracked online it's 2.50 instead of them saying go online place the order there they just said no we only do tracked letters for 7 pounds. Will never go there again. Would warn people not to go there other post offices are friendlier and more helpfull

Staff are rude, they are either talking on the phone while serving you, or talking to another member of staff. They always look annoyed when serving you, as if you are bothering them. I try to avoid going here if possible, it is my local post office, but prefer to drive and pay parking in Ashby, it’s that bad!

Terrible, advertised opening hours state they're open until 6pm / 6.30pm on certain weekdays yet on multiple occasions I've arrived at 5.30 to either an already closed shutter or to see the shutter coming down for myself. Staff are rude aswell and clearly can't be bothered to work until the times they say they will.

Post Offices in general seem to be in decline but this one seems to be ahead of the pack. Rude, abrupt staff who are incredibly patronizing. I can only assume they deal with children all day long as it might expect their tone. PO counter is never open which means you do your transactions at the till. You cant park easily either. Poor.

Great little shop and post office, very helpful with postage even if missed days pickup they will process for following day up until closing time, staff are always friendly and helpful, and for a small shop have a great selection of beers and spirits.

I have been in this post office twice and on both occasions the staff who work at the post office counter have been so rude! From the reviews I can see I’m not the only one who has noticed it. Post office staff are normally so delightful what went wrong here!
