I have just sat outside this place and watched them open every single package and going through them. Not surenif they are removing any items. But if I took the time to securely and carefully box up a package, I wouldn't be happy with this practice. Not sure it's above board.

The worst place ever. They say they open 10.30am on their website and 11am on Google. Not true. Pretty much always closed- it is a lottery. Not everyone has time to make multiple trips in the hope they are open! Photo taken 8th November, 11.24 am

Rubbish service. Charges an arm and a leg and doesn't have the decency to notify you when the goods have arrived in your country. And then goes onto LIE about me confirming that the goods have arrived.
Wouldn't recommend. Rather burn your money then use this company

This company is awful. The man is rude, belligerent and has no professional skills when it comes to customer service. I Had a parcel which the sender posted to this company via Royal Mail and he refused to accept it when I notified him of the issue. This caused a huge inconvenience and to my confusion he had accepted it anyway. When I went to collect, he tried to charge me £5 to release my package to me. In the end he realised how greedy and unprofessional he was being and handed it to me anyway. Since then he has lied about my packages not arriving. Doesn’t even knowledge me when I walk in. Doesn’t want to even lift a finger to find my package and just tells me to come back next day. Now I know my items are awaiting collection but depending on his mood , will depend if I can collect. Very very immature and miserable man. I’ll be ordering my stuff to another pick up point from now on. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Bitter old man.
