I was worried because of the other reviews but used the company and found them to be so friendly and helpful. Dropped my parcel on a Tuesday in Milton Keynes and my friend in Dar Es Salaam had the items the next Tuesday with no hassles. They invoice you and there is the option to pay in the UK or in TSh so is very flexible. Would definitely use them again.

Terrible customer service. Miriam in particular. She sent my packages to the wrong location, doesn’t reply to messages, and does not update me on the status of my order. I am constantly chasing. The service is super expensive so you’d think the customer service would be 10/10 but unfortunately it’s a rotten 1/10.

The worst decision we made was using this company,we saw bad reviews but we decided to give them a try because they were recommended by a friend!The parking was bad and unprofessional,a lot of our things arrived damaged,the moment we finished paying Fakeer he never bothered to reply or even accept our calls! it was a big challenge getting shipment documents my husband had to go back to UK and drive 200 miles to get these documents.We thought we were going to save some money but we ended paying more compared to what we would have paid AGS for relocation. Nice and friendly stuff with no experience in parking and relocation services at all!

Poor service, very unprofessional and lack of proper communication. Level of service not consistent with what is stated on the website, they do not respond to phone calls or emails (I guess maybe to avoid litigation). They promise to deliver air cargo within 10 days but one month on my goods haven't been received.
My experience with this company has turned out to be a complete disaster to say the least.

Fakeer I trusted you every time I enquired about my Cargo. Your Company has lost me more than £5000 both in goods and Time! You don't answer calls your don't return messages and when you do, you lie and don't follow through! You still have my belongings in your Dar es salaam Office you delivered Damaged! To date no compensation no refund no phone call no nothing! I am sure am not the first just sad to know I won't be the last! Thanks for abusing my trust and waste. I originally wanted to take legal action but I have now taken my case to the grand master himself for your Judgement. Thanks for Nothing... such a shame that I have to give a star!!!

Let's start with the guys who did the packing. They are very nice affable chaps.

BUT

They are not professional packers or removers. We have had our effects packed and moved a number of times so we know the level of service we should receive. We contacted Fakeer on the basis of someone else's recommendation. We needed to move from UK to Tanzania in a hurry. Fakeer came from Milton Keynes to Dorset to appraise the job (for which he charged us GBP 100 for fuel). He confirmed they could pack and ship on time.

From the moment the packing started there were problems. Apparently they decide what to pack and what is rubbish... We finally got almost everything packed and away in their van to the port for loading into container. We then had to pay the full invoice value prior to shipment leaving. Note here that you will have to arrange and pay for all import costs, customs clearance and tax because all Fakeer does is put your goods in a container and load on a ship.

From this point Fakeer never answered his phone, or whatsapp messages or emails. We needed original Bill of Lading to arrange for receipt in Tanzania, nothing. Not a word. As above, no response to calls, mails, texts etc.
With no bill of lading or boat name we couldn't clear our goods into Tanzania.

This got so bad that we knew our goods were in transit but we didn't know where or have any paperwork for it. So (remember, he had graciously charged us £100 for fuel) I flew back to the UK and drove to Milton Keynes to get some answers. No mention or hint that these costs would be reimbursed... I me with Joshua because Fakeer was out. Nice chap but no idea what was going on. After lengthy explanation and after Fakeer arrived we got as far as having all the correct details with the shipping company so a final Bill of Lading could be produced. This should have been available the next day but took a month to be sent.

Still, no one answering calls, texts, emails etc.
Finally we did receive the paperwork for clearing. You can surely only imagine our surprise when we found almost everything we had entrusted to Fakeer for shipping was scratched, damaged or broken. This was certainly due to the packing process.

Apparently they do airfreight as well, it might be a better service than removal / packing but I'm not going to find out. This was a disgrace from start to finish and made an already stressful move a thousand times worse than it should have been.

Do yourself a favour, avoid MK Logistics Ltd forever. Once Fakeer has your money you won't hear from him again. I was lucky enough to have sufficient funds to travel to his 'Office and look for answers, not everyone is so lucky.

They only got one star because I couldn't select zero stars.

Avoid at all costs. I cannot with good conscience recommend anything Fakeer or MK Logistics have a hand in.
