MJD GROUP LAKES IN SWANSCOMBE YARD‼‼
WORKED OVER THERE ONCE AND DO NOT WANT TO COME BACK ANYMORE. THE YARD ITSELF AND FACILITIES INCLUDING THE TRANSPORT OFFICE IS DISGUSTING, DIRTY, A LOT OF HOLES EVERYWHERE IN THE YARD AND RUBBISH. NOT PLEASANT EVEN TO BE THERE. AND AFTER A RAINY DAY THE WHOLE YARD IS FLOODED AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET OFF THE TRUCK IN MOST PARTS OF IT UNLESS YOU HAVE A BOAT. IF YOU MANAGE TO GET OFF YOUR SAFETY BOOTS UP TO A KNEE WILL BE ALL COVERED IN MUD AND WATER. SHAREHOLDERS LOOKS LIKE DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE JUST ABOUT THEIR PROFIT. AT LEAST FIX THOSE HOLES, MAKE SURE IT IS CLEAN AND MAKE BETTER FACILITIES BECAUSE IN OTHER COMPANIES TOILETS ARE BETTER THAN YOUR TRANSPORT OFFICE.

Telling drivers to take breaks on bays as they can't afford their drivers taking legal breaks , yet they deduct 1 hours pay a day from wages .

Rubbish drivers, one just didn't stop today coming up to a roundabout and nearly killed me. Would not recommend as the drivers are unskilled and unsafe.
