After we were let down by our previous transfer, we contacted EE Minibuses. Their prices were so competitive. The lady I booked with was super helpful and sent me an email confirmation. The drivers were very punctual, helpful and so friendly. They kept in touch before each journey, introducing themselves and if we had any problems to contact them. It all ran smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend this company and I wouldn't go anywhere else again.

We used this company to take us to the airport and then collect us from the airport after our holiday. The mini bus was fairly easy to book and the quote was reasonably priced. The driver (Shanna) was professional, lovely, very accommodating and drove safely. With small children on board, this was important to us.

I took 1 star off due the lack of response to an email that I had sent to the office whilst away regarding child seat arrangements. Other than that, I cannot fault this company from the experience that I have had.

Booked EE minibuses for our transfer to and from Gatwick airport. Highly recommended. Very good communication throughout with an option of paying in advance or on the day of travel. Both drivers communicated via text messages prior to pick up to introduce themselves and confirm the details booked. Very friendly, fast and extremely efficient service throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. This was our 2nd time of using them for an airport run and look forward to using their services in the future.

We had an excellent experience with EE Minibuses when we hired a 9 seater minibus for a 5 week period. EE Minibuses team could not have been better or more responsive. Emails were dealt with very promptly and they were extremely accommodating when we had to change the booking at the last minute. The driver arrived exactly on time at Heathrow Terminal 5 for both drop off and collection, the minibus was in excellent condition and we couldn't recommend this service highly enough. They will be our first port of call when we need another hire.

Absolutely fantastic service from EE Minibuses from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble from storing my babies car seat so that it could be used on our return journey, to waiting for us after ridiculous delays at Gatwick Airport. Our driver was really understanding that the wait was out of our hands and was so patient and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again or to recommend to anyone.
