I attended this post office this morning to post birth certificates to the passport office. The uk.gov passport office recommended signed for delivery - the address I was given in my email did not contain a postcode. In order to explain that it was not an omission on my part, I tried to show the teller the email. He was exceptionally rude, condescending and would not afford me a few minutes to login and obtain a postcode. He therefore refused to serve me. There was no queue and I was prepared to stand to the side. He was offensive, aggressive and disrespectful. I then also witnessed the same attitude towards a customer looking to purchase lottery tickets. While I accept everyone can have a bad day, a public facing occupation does require a level of professionalism. Very poor

Always have great customer service at this post office ! So friendly ! The big guy with glasses I believe his name is Usman always goes the extra mile ! Always happy and asks how I am .
Definitely my favourite post office in the city

I was refused service today and told to go to another post office when I asked for packaging and assistance to post some clothes back to Australia ( im in Scotland visiting family). I have no idea why. I was then told the shop was closing and I needed to leave while the man was still serving customers. I was baffled why I was asked to leave and was looking up information on my phone.
When the last customer was leaving I made my way to the door too as I didn't want to be left alone with this man. On the way out he said "you should go back to Australia " !!!
I then started filming and asked for his name. He didn't offer it, nor an explanation as to why he was closing "for a delivery" when the open times are 6am to 10pm.
I was so shocked and rattled. The lovely pub, The Dug N Duck, across the road were so helpful in restoring my faith in the Scottish.
I've made an official complaint.

The owner has anger management problems. Collected a parcel but didnt know what the parcel looked like and from who, as i had a few things on order and the pacel force delivery card had scant info. The owner was going ballistic at me as i was saying dont know what it looks like, he then accused me of being rude and unhelpful and theatened to bar me from his shop. Quite incredible!! Not sure who quality controls the operation of these post office franchises but this one needs sorting out

Scans an item then Says wait a second , that's not right . Googles it so doubles the original scanned price. When I question this I'm told not to come back to the shop. I'm surprised there allowed to operate a post office givin how rude and abusive they are .

Not happy went on Web site to check opening hours for post office the hours states it closes at 5.30pm when I went In was told by a member of staff it closed at 5pm how are you supposed to collect your parcel if the hours are wrong on Web site this needs to be changed

If I could give them less stars I would!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even though online said they’re open I turned up and they refused to take my parcel telling me to come back another day!!
