We did not buy through Millers in the end because we bought in a different neighbourhood outside their patch but I just wanted to give them a review because I found their approach refreshingly old school. They sent you actual brochures, rather than link to their website, they were good communicators and seemed like they genuinely want to help buyers as much as help their client. I also really liked that you could view properties even on a Sunday, bearing in mind I work full time so the weekends were our only time to view. Not found another agent who offers that.

My Wife and I recently completed on the purchase of a property. Up until the point of completion, everything ran smoothly and, from experience, our communication with Tracy Levine had been pretty standard after our offer was accepted.

If this had continued in similar vein, the likelihood is that I would never have had reason to contact Millers again. That said, as with most things in life, we had a less than straightforward experience once we had received the keys. The previous occupiers had left a huge number of possessions and rubbish behind. So much so, we weren’t able to fully move our own items in for two days.

It has now been a week since we exchanged, the rubbish is gone, the house is finally starting to feel like home, and that’s largely down to Tracy’s actions. Over the last week, I have been contacting her several times each day, as she has acted as the go between, between us and the previous owners. I’m aware that she didn’t have to do this. Once the sale is complete, I’m assuming technically, the Estate Agents’ job is also complete. She could have just given us the contact details of other party's solicitors and advised us to contact them, but she chose not to. She chose to help us when we needed it. She was understanding, sympathetic and compassionate. She was in constant contact with both parties and was a massive help in facilitating the removal of the items.

From the valuation to the completion, Millers were very professional, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. They took the stress out of the move, we will be recommending their services to friends and family.
Both Matthew Warren and Tracy Levine deserve a mention, Matthew for the valuation and fully explaining the process from arranging photos, solicitors and putting us in contact with a Mortgage consultant. Tracy for giving concise updates and liaising between ourselves and the buyers promptly therefore eliminating any delays with the move.

Millers were brilliant, my wife was viewing a different house with them, then Tracy the estate agent said she’d take her to a different house she thought we’d like. Fast forward just over 4 months and we have the keys to that property. Amazing work from Tracy and the team. Thank you.

I have had the worst experience dealing with this agency. Tracy King was extremely pushy and stressful to deal with, and when I explained that I wasn’t happy with the service I was getting, she got extremely defensive and rude, even raising her voice. I’ve never experienced anything like it with any other estate agents. Overall was so unprofessional and actually put me off the property I was viewing purely because I couldn’t stand the thought of having to deal with them anymore. Luke was also late to my viewing appointment with no call or text to let me know. I would strongly recommend to avoid this agency. There are a lot of other reputable and good estate agents locally, who won’t treat you Millers do.
