to avoid . they had a man unprepared as a forklift operator who loaded one of our trucks, a box trailer, and besides the fact that he was entering at very high speed and hitting all the walls, he went so hard into the wall of the trailer that he slapped it, which by the way the box trailer are secured ( hard walls ) , they did not want to admit, however, that the evidence is overwhelming and they canceled the load and did not want to make any amicable arrangements. so the damage to the trailer is total damage!

Absolutely awful place
Whilst staff are friendly they do nothing to help you.
Security are like little Hitlers.
So many trailers on site they often run out of parking so you have to wait an eternity to get in.
Offices are located such that you end up driving round the whole site twice.
Shunter ignor speed limit and you get a warning if overspeed detected (entre at your own peril)

I only get drop'n'drives here so no idea of tipping times, the worst time to get here is on a shift change, access to and from the site are closed off while staff enter and leave the site.
Staff in office are polite and friendly, some of the security staff can be a bit awkward shall I say !

There was no option to give review under 1 star if it so i could give -10 stars to this company i am waiting here from last 4 hours for loading and they are saying it will 6 to 7 hours more.... very stressful job specially for container drivers

Normally do a drop'n'drive here so not much hanging around, can get a bit tight to park up and collect paperwork from transport office.
Try to avoid coming in when there's a change of shift, as the one way system is blocked by shunters, to let the warehouse staff cross over to get to the car park.
Most of the gatehouse staff are great.....with the exception of a couple of rude and ignorant ones.

Worst site i have ever seen . Management is very bad and security is very rude . So just avoid them
As much as possible. Most annoying people i have ever seen in uk is working at this site .

Came dropped my trailer at the right location then reported to dispatch collected my return trailer but don't put seal on that's gate house job then left easy
