Placed an order for a modified part for my prestige pressure cooker on 15/12/22. Order arrived without fitting instructions, due to it being a critical part and being a pressure cooker I requested fitting instructions for safety reasons, as it is possible to fit it two ways. this arrived by email on 29/12/22.
On trying to fit the new part it stated in the instructions that the new "hold-down strip" should fit into two slots in the handle to regulate the
pressure?, my handle is not fitted with any slots. I therefore did some research and found that this new part should be fitted to an updated handle replacement. Why the company didn't mention this when I ordered the new part I don't know.
I resent a further email on 07/01/2023 requesting information regarding the updated handle, stating that my handle is NOT fitted with slots, so that the new part could fit safely, which would allow me to use my prestige pressure cooker safely. Unfortunately I have not received any confirmation of them receiving my email, or any reply to date.

It leaves me with no confidence in this company, and the feeling that I've wasted not only my money, but also my time in sending emails. The only option I feel I have now is to cut my losses and buy a new pressure cooker, but it Will Not be a Prestige pressure cooker. Very sad service.

Poor service equals poor reviews, I would not have given any stars if it were possible.

Purchased pans from Circulon apart of the Meyer group. I'm adding to the majority of their bad reviews to help others being caught out by this company, which is basically a scam.

Their pans are a con and their customer service is TERRIBLE.

I purchased 3 Circulon pans last summer.
I followed Circulon's instructions EXACTLY, we actually made a note of reading them!!!
Only used on medium and low heats.
Washed with soft sponge, never went in washing machine, never used metal products to cook with.

They all became non stick within a matter of months.

Customer service is absolutely disgusting, said it was my fault and that I cooked on too high a heat even though I know this was never the case, this meant their lifetime guarantee was void and there was nothing they could do. One pan cost me £125.00!!!!

They are a con, your pan will become non stick over time, their claims are a lie and their life time guarantee is a lie. You'd be better off spending £10 a month on a cheap supermarket frying pan haha.

Never buy from these people. Oh not to forget, on speaking to customer service, I called the Meyer group telephone number, they lied and told me the person to speak to, Danielle, was in a meeting until I said I would stay on the phone until I could speak to them, then they magically became available. She then repeatedly spoke over me and told me to take them to court if I had a problem and didn't agree with them 😂
She then put the phone down on me.

Customer service at its best!!!! Well done Circulon/Meyer Group

The Pans i have ordered are of good quality but not what i expected. After paying and placing an order before 12 pm for next day delivery through Prestige website, i received email the next day confirming that my delivery will take 3 days...can you imagine, i ordered the items to be given as a gift and as they did not honour their commitment as confirmed in the order e-mail, i had no gift to give as specifically needed them...on the same day i contacted customer service..the agent explained the procedure and when i replied that i followed the procedure and i even sent the proof from the initial confirmation e-mail, i received no reply from the agent or anyone else from Prestige afterwards...so for me that is misleading information from their website and poor customer service...I do not recommend to buy prestige pans from their website...maybe 3rd parties will do better..it was very disappointing experience.

Thank you for offering me 10% off my first purchase after the order completes!!
What a joke of a company, cant cancel as no phone number, take 3 weeks to respond to email cancellation request then try to imply discount would not have been available, then change their mind and agree but WONT honor discount without sending back purchase at my cost then resend out at their cost, 5 weeks later and emailing back and forth told they would not refund the difference as against policy. Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth dealing with this kind of company.

Roasting tray non-stick has completely destroyed itself after twice being used. Lots of others complaining of the same thing. I've only received a response after a month because I filed a PayPal dispute. They've then replied to that and sent me a replacement under guarantee... except, the roasting tray is only going to fail again in exactly the same way, where's the logic in that? I wanted a refund, looks like I'll get it via PayPal hopefully.

WARNING WARNING WARNING - I ordered two pan sets from subsidiary company Circulon. They took my money, did not provide a receipt nor order confirmation. I have emailed customer care with no response. There is no number to call. I have then tried parent company which does have a tel nr but just rings out. They have my money and I have absolutely nothing. This is taking a lot of my time up to try and get answers of which I have none as yet.

Bought a set of Raymond blanc cast ali pans a few years ago, came with lifetime guarantee. Products are pretty good but customer service is woeful. Any time I've needed a replacement or some help it's repeated contact just to get a reply, then they will ignore you again for a few weeks. Happens every time and just going through it again now. Last reply I had was beginning of Nov.
