Communication with Steve was excellent. The pick-up and delivery of the boxes were done in a short estimated time frame (<-- very good!) and with sufficient prior notice (two days). The boxes were neatly stacked over pallets and well protected by plastic wraps (see photos taken during delivery). I am very satisfied with the service.

We have used Metoni for our customs clearance for the past 12 months after doing it ourselves for 2 years. It was one of the best things we did, we have had absolutely first class service from Metoni. I also tried their transport service a while ago, I needed some pallets collecting from Belgium, I enquired on a Tuesday afternoon and the pallets were in my warehouse on Thursday morning.
