I’ll start with the fact that all my belongings arrived in excellent condition, except for one box which was ripped but thankfully nothing was missing. I would say I had a good experience although they do have some issues in communication. After they collected my consignment they wouldn’t ship it for 2 weeks despite the fact they have told me they would ship it after a week and I did have to chase them a lot during the whole process as they wouldn’t give me any updates at all. My consignment arrived from London to Athens after a whole month and I still had to chase for the delivery because again I didn’t have any update.
Overall, I believe that if they work on communication with their clients they can become one of the best moving companies.

The household items arrived safely and without any delay (UK to Greece). Yasa Trans took away all of my anxiety! We moved permanently from London to Athens and had fair amount of furniture and boxes. I wanted to leave a rating for a long time! I would like to thank Panos and Katerina for the great service they have provided us and I most definitely recommend them!! We moved from London to Athens in July and we also stored all our belongings in YasaTrans warehouse as well. (Longer than we expected due to house search). The guys were commutative, guided us through each step, and the price was the best price we could have! Everything arrived in neat condition and there was no damage or a single screw missing! Avoid at all cost. They don’t know how to pile and handle items and as a result my boxes were broken. When I asked for explanation, they pretended that they didn’t know how this happened. I used other companies after this and they were cheaper and more careful.

My parents decided to send me a parcel and they did so on the 12th of Nov. It’s been almost three weeks and if I hadn’t chase them, I doubt they would ever call me. To begin with their contacts in Greece were clueless when I called them to ask how many days it takes for the parcel to arrive and what is the address in London to pick up. They didn’t have any information and all they said was that I would receive a phone call. Three weeks later and no call, so we chased and chased they gave us a number which was wrong. Finally today someone called me but again didn’t have any idea where my parcel is. They are clueless and useless. I would not recommend this company.
