Stay away! We had just moved into a new house and wanted it cleaned - Was dirtier after they left. We paid £300 and complained to Gary - he said he would arrange for a reclean and we agreed on a day etc - then they never turned up and completely ghosted us.

A HUGE thank you to the team at Merry Maids! They gave such fantastic service that has really lifted my spirits in ways that suprise me.

Like many of us, when life gets complicated, I can often let cleaning fall by the wayside. Then I sustained an injury that is taking a long time to heal from, so my house was getting messier and messier. The dust that accumulated was daunting.

I wouldn't say the house was cluttered, but it needed a good deep clean... And that is exactly what they did. Whilst at work, they brought in their team and gave this house a much needed going over.

All surfaces were positively gleaming. And how is it that everything looks so new again? The work is like magic.

It is well worth the price to have the professionals come and do an exquisite job at getting the house back in order.

(My house is in Richmond, no problem getting here. Make sure you have a parking permit ready, and keys if needed)

Booked a one off cleaning with Merry Maids of Kingston and they did a terrible job, many rooms not even touched by the cleaners. They offered to come back to go over it again but no one showed up for the appointment.

A total waste of money - very disappointing. I booked a 6-hour deep clean at 39 weeks pregnant. After four hours, the cleaner had still not cleaned the surfaces in the kitchen - I ended up having to remove tea stain marks - or even picked up the hoover. I had been told by Mary that the skirting boards would be cleaned as I was too heavily pregnant to do them but the cleaner then said she didn't have time. I very rarely complain, but I feel we have been utterly fleeced. Don't use this service.

Booked Merry Maids to come and clean my house and upholstery after a fire. Three cleaners were helpful, done quickly and did a very thorough job! Gary also advised me to get a general clean rather than a deep clean which saved me some money and the honesty was much appreciated. Only issue was they weren't great at communicating. I was hanging around for hours waiting for them but would definitely recommend and will use their services again! Thank you!

This is my 3rd time engaging Merry Maids for an end-of-tenancy clean and once again, the service delivered is simply excellent. I am by nature, house-proud and fastidious. My homes are already kept very tidy and clean for daily living. So for me to engage cleaning help, the work executed must be even better than what I myself am capable of. With this week's clean, Merry Maids left the flat sparkling and I was able to return the flat in a more pristine condition than when it was 1st handed to me. Gary who sorts out the scheduling and other matters is also very easy to communicate with; emails are always promptly replied to and he is always open to listening to any specific needs.
