I’ve tried twice to use this charger. The labels don’t match the app and I couldn’t get charging to start, the first time I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer support who were very helpful, but they really struggled to get it to work too. The second time I tried, it was even more broken than the first time and I gave up.

The pump on the left has been broken for 4+ weeks, even though we called support and reported it. If you don't know this, it can be a frustrating experience (trying several times, being charged £45 each time, and in the end no battery charge). The one on the right is ok though.

The right hand 150 was working but it's left hand neighbour was not responding. Fortunately the car owner charging on the working one arrived and we got a desperately needed fast charge.

Absolutely useless, hardly ever works and spent too much time trying. Labelled very poorly. Recommend finding another charging point and not wasting your time.

Works fine with contactless, but ridiculously expensive. It is thrice my home kWh rate at nearly £0.9/kWh! And you also need to pay parking charges of £3/hour.

The price is 10 x what we pay at home but this is the only one that works with my Tesla car every time have tried other charging points but sadly didn't work the parking is free at night
