Terrible Service. Was told when called to arrange a redelivery that the item had been out for delivery 3 times and I couldn't arrange for it to be redelivered. I had only ever recieved one card for an attempted delivery. Which I was told was the first attempt. They couldn't confirm what other dates delivery wax 'attempted'. Being unable to collect the item myself from the depot means it now has to go back to the original supplier.

The contact number is to a depot that doesn't deal with my area and the number for a different office in the same town say that the number is not functioning. So poor service, no response, no manager to escalate to and no number to let me know when I can expect delivery. The second time. Staff not helpful either in tone or content.
