Waited in all day for an important next day delivery for them to say “address not accessible” for no reason. I’m putting it down to laziness or them just wanting to get an early finish. Now I’ll be getting my 24 hour guaranteed parcel in 3 days time. Didn’t even leave a note.

If I could leave less than one star I would, on that, if I could use carrier pigeons over Royal Mail I would. A lot (not all) seem so lazy, uninformed and rude (especially when you call up to ask what’s going on), there is very little recourse to complain. They often say “property wasn’t accessible” or “unable to deliver” for no reason, especially for the former, and you’ve stayed at home purposely for a delivery and you get that, it’s absolutely absurd and you just couldn’t put it down as anything other than laziness. Royal Mail is one of the most unreliable carriers you can get in this country and I would highly recommend choose anything but, and I mean anything.

Postman can’t figure out a ring doorbell and won’t look at the app for safe place so the package is returned to a sorting office which is only open when everyone is at work, use a bit of common sense

What is going on at this office - we’ve had no post delivered for a week, waiting on birthday cards and gifts as well as hospital letters yet they are impossible to contact and they only open for a tiny window when we are in work. It is shocking service.

Couldn't organise a.... well, you know the saying, it ends with the words 'in a brewery'. Apparently the manager is incapable of operating a simple Keepsafe. Post was delivered throughout the period it was supposed to be held. When I drew it to their attention they refunded my payment in cheque form which was delivered (yeah, you've guessed it) while the very same Keepsafe was still live and they were supposed to be holding our mail!!! You couldn't make it up! Absolutely farcical.

Serious issues, I have been waiting for a tracked parcel, the tracking information keeps changing, from "we can't access your property as it is closed" () to "we can't deliver as the address is wrong & is being returned to sender" to "your parcel is ready to collect", which is it? I went to collect my parcel the other day and the notice on the door says they are only open 08:00 - 10:00!? How is anyone supposed to collect their post? I work full time, I can't take a morning off work just to collect a parcel. Trying to get help over the phone is harder than squeezing blood out of a stone.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday as it was scheduled for next day delivery but didn’t show up. The post woman arrived today with no parcel only letters, now it is saying it’s in retention and they have been told not to deliver it here. The service is absolutely terrible and getting through to them is impossible as they are only open for couple of hours a day. Whoever is thinking of using Royal Mail services for this area please choose a different company as this is absolutely ridiculous

Totally gone down the pan. Post man turned up the other day with 17 letters 13 of those had been posted 18-20 days previously. 2 of which were from the hospital for my seriously ill wife advising of appointments of which surprise surprise she missed. The packages the postman doesn't follow instructions of leaving packages in certain places and takes it back, then I go to collect and the poxy place is closed and no one wanting to help. All in all ever since privatisation it's gone down hill
