I came into this shop yesterday. I'm a wheelchair user with drop foot in both feet. Because of how inaccessible this shop is I had to leave my wheelchair outside. The guy behind the counter laughed at me before saying that there's no earthquake. Then as I went to leave accused me of being drunk because I struggle with balance. Humiliating experience and made me very self conscious.
