Matlock Post Office is easy to find, easy to park and the range of services offered are excellent.
The staff are amazing, warm welcoming and very helpful. I would like to say particular thanks to Karl who assisted me with my vehicle tax, his knowledge was excellent and I feel that he went the extra mile to help me, from his advice yesterday to sorting it today, a big thank you Karl.

I use Matlock post office all the time and every time I enter, regardless of there being a queue or not (as this is a relatively small post office and can get very busy) the staff are always very welcoming and friendly even when clearly rushed off their feet. Whilst all the staff are wonderful, during my last few times I have been assisted by Julie who has been very friendly and helpful, but all the staff really do go the extra mile to make sure they can offer you the best service possible.

Julie could not have been more helpful when I came in at 5.29 not realising they closed at 5.30. I had yet to write the address and when I realised they were closing offered to leave. Julie encouraged me to stay, allowed me to take my time and get a very important letter sent off signed delivery. Such a kind helpful person!

Called at Matlock Post Office today to apply for a passport , really excellent customer service - the lady took all the stress and anxiety out of the process in a professional manner. Very helpful and friendly , and went through the different services the post office provided to make our holiday easier. This is the best post office I’ve been to and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. Great team, great service and keep it up, well done.
