We recently used Mastercrate when we relocated offices. I found their whole service to be friendly and efficient. From the first interaction with them, everything was clearly explained and all went smoothly. Special thanks to Doreen, and to the driver who collected the crates when we were done (who didn't complain about the fact that we're on the 2nd floor with no lift!). Highly recommended and would use again.

I will never move house with cardboard boxes again. Plastic crates are so much easier and an eco-friendly choice without the hassle of disposing of all of the cardboard. The pick up and drop off service is excellent for renters who may not have a vehicle.

A lot of their clients appear to be businesses and office moves but I would highly recommend for residential moves too - you get looked after equally well. Shoutout to Ben for his friendly and helpful attitude.

I would highly recommend Mastercrate. Doreen was a fantastic help! She patiently helped me to figure out the number of crates I would need for my move. She was very responsive and always happy to answer all my questions. The drivers were friendly and polite. I would definitely definitely used them again!

A quick note to say to say initially crates were dropped in the wrong area and you had to send the driver back, when he arrived he was very helpful and accommodating as to where the crates had to go and was talking to our client all the time to ensure everything was ok. Yesterday went off without a hitch and again the driver was polite, helpful and accommodating to our clients requirements. Please pass on our thanks to your driver for all his help, this has left a very good impression with our client and us.
