Two parcels ...Number one... I saw a parcel being delivered to my next door neighbour who wasn't in... so I knocked on the window and said I would take it for them... She handed me the package which had MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON IT ?...SHE WAS ABOUT TO LEAVE WITH IT after knocking on the wrong door?
Parcel two... On my cctv the delivery person knocked on my door... got no answer so he left taking my package... two days later... I checked the tracking and it said...package left with a neighbour?
WHICH NEIGHBOUR? (no note left for me to have a vital clue)
Eventually a neighbour saw me and gave me my package... now here is where it gets worse...
The courier got a black felt tipped pen and wrote The NUMBER OF THE HOUSE (THAT HE LEFT THE PACKAGE AT) on my parcel and left it with the neighbour...
The number address he wrote, should have been written on a note and posted to me as a clue for me to know which neighbour?
This company is employing illiterate none sensicle staff with no logic to their actions.
Avoid at all costs...unless you enjoy complaints
