The most efficient service you will get from a post office with a smile! Needed to renew a passport and opted for the checking service at the Post Office. The service was quick, hassle free, passport holder did not need to be present and got the passport in less than 9 days.

The Pistons Office is exceptional. The staff are efficient and friendly. The services which are offered at this branch are normally only available at city centre post offices.
I think if the Post Office as an organisation is planning to incorporate banking facilities, it should certainly consider the Marlow branch as an ideal location.

Applied for my first UK passport and staff were very helpful. Didn’t get the man’s name unfortunately, but this individual talked me through the application process and explained everything (as I was a bit overwhelmed with all the steps). Very grateful for the help!

I was returning two parcels with Amazon QR codes on emails. I couldn’t get any signal even with full 5G data roaming switched on my mobile phone. The male member of staff said it was always like this in Marlow but I only ever have problems in the Post Office and nowhere else in Marlow. I finally got the codes up but it took 10 minutes after which I was very hot (outside temperature was 29 degrees) and frustrated but just wanted to get out of the premises. The male member of staff told me I take a photo of the QR code and present this instead. I said I didn’t know this was acceptable. As the transactions were finished and I was about to say thank you for my receipts and leave, the male member of staff started telling me in a very patronising tone that my frustration with the lack of signal was a form of rudeness and I should show respect. This seemed to come from nowhere. I asked him not to speak to me as if I was 5 years old (I am a 65 year old woman) and said that I hadn’t been rude at all. He then said I should leave and never go back to that Post Office. I decided to leave this review after reading Richard’s one star review and his experience. The PO response to Richard is equally patronising.
