Mario is a very attentive retailer. He has gone out of his way to find garments for me. His shop is a small oasis of Italian fashion in an increasingly garish and overdeveloped Cherry Creek.

Most useless losers ever. They are so broke they arw offering 75% off. finally yay.
Terrible customer service. We are all not Meliania or Hillary Clinton. People look at things then come back to buy. Terrible people. Just roughly organised store and super OVERPRICED garbage imported from third world countries.

So I was walking in cherry creek, window shopping, and saw in the window what I thought were GFF skinny pants with a sweater top that I thought would fit my style. Going into the store required ringing a doorbell- which took me aback (I shop in Dubai Mall fashion avenue so am NOT a stranger to high end brand boutiques). I saw the small space crammed with tightly packed hangers on all four walls, an unusual decor for designer boutiques who usually go with a "less is more" set-up. So I asked whether this was a warehouse boutique- and the "shopkeeper" took offense and practically threw me and my niece out. Asking why I was there, and when I answered "to look at something I saw in the window"- she said "this is a place to buy not to look". When I said "I'm sorry I did not mean to offend you I was just asking" she replied: "well it was a stupid question". I don't know what warranted this treatment, maybe my accent? But long story short, avoid this boutique if you have a problem being called stupid and treated like a piece of dirt. Bye, Mario Dileone- it's been nice NOT knowing you, and reserving the right to keep my cool against unwarranted aggression. And lady- take a freakin chill pill.

I wish I could share details of my shopping experience but I was not allowed to enter the store. The first time I was told there was a private appointment and to come back in an hour. I did exactly as requested and came back an hour later was told there was another private appointment and to come back in another hour. Who does that in 95 degree weather I understand With COVID stores were are cautious, however no one even asked if I was vaccinated. I watched others come in and out and the only explanation I can come up with is racial profiling. Really disappointed because my experience with other small shops in Cherry Creek was wonderful.

Mario is the bees knees. Fashionably quirky, yet classy, and so European. The most fun and personable shopping experience I've ever had. #supportlocalbusinesses
